The BTS®‑FGL is a gas‑tight, two‑step premium connection featuring a bored, full open (FO) inside diameter and a precision‑machined groove to accommodate liner rings and flanges used in Fiber Glass Liner (FGL) or Glass Reinforced Epoxy (GRE) systems. With adjusted thread diameters to better utilize the upset’s cross‑sectional area, the BTS®‑FGL retains more of the original strength of the BTS®‑8 while maintaining the sealing reliability and field‑proven performance required in corrosion‑resistant liner installations
