CONNECTIONS
Benoit® provides premium and semi-premium OCTG connections for tubing and casing in sizes ranging from 2.375" to 7.000". Our connections deliver enhanced performance compared with standard API designs and are supported by in-house engineering and technical support. We maintain strict quality control to ensure reliable performance in the most demanding downhole environments.
CONNECTION DESIGN
IN-HOUSE RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
Built for demanding oil and gas applications, our connection designs are tailored to each customer's operating environment. Our Engineering team develops and validates new connection and downhole tool technologies through in-house finite element analysis (FEA), machining, and full-scale testing. This gives customers a faster, more reliable path from concept to field-ready solution.
TORQUE-TURN ASSEMBLY
ONSHORE ASSEMBLY & VALIDATION
Our 20,000-square-foot onshore facility is equipped with hydraulic, computer-controlled torque units for assembling and validating tool strings. We accommodate assemblies over 100 ft long and up to 22" in diameter, with pressure testing capacity up to 20,000 psi. Live video feeds allow engineers and inspectors to monitor validation in real-time from anywhere in the world.

OEM MANUFACTURING
Benoit® operates over 500,000 square feet of manufacturing space dedicated to the precision machining of oilfield components. Our capabilities include turning, milling, drilling, and 5-axis machining to support complex geometries and tight tolerances. We provide both component-level and turn-key manufacturing services to OEMs, service companies, and other industry partners. Our engineering and technical sales teams work together to support each stage of the process, from design review to final inspection.
